No, I think this means that you’re overqualified for your job.

The desktop on my work computer is an extremely poorly organized dumping ground for electronic garbage. I have shortcuts to dozens of folders I don’t recognize, a bunch of random, and mostly outdated, spreadsheets, a copy of my resume, a half written review of Tower Heist written from the perspective of the titular heisted tower (PS - the tower did not like the way it was portrayed in the film), a couple of gifs I routinely use in business correspondence, and a folder, right in the center of the screen, labeled “jorts.” The jorts folder was created on 12/12/2010 and contains a single image of Brett Favre wearing jorts on draft day 1991. I’m not entirely sure why it is here, but I’m starting to get the distinct impression that I might be really bad at my job.
